Thierry Fernandes obtained his catering certificate from a professional school in suburban Roanne (Mably),
before he perfected his training with the best :
"Le Moulin de Mougins" in Nice
"La Pyramide" in Vienne
"La renaissance" in Magny Cours
and "Troisgros" in Roanne
With his baggage of experience by the side of some of France's top chefs,
Thierry Fernandes along with his wife Géraldine set up their restaurant
Le Prieuré in Ambierle.
